Insurance Guidelines at Eternal Dermatology: 

We are accepting new patients with the following Insurance:

• BCBS/Carefirst/FEP
• Medicare Part A / B

*You also have the option to be a “Self Pay” patient.

Self Pay:

If you have no insurance or Eternal Dermatology does not accept your insurance, we will gladly see you as a Self Pay patient. New patient consultations are $300. Established patient visits are $200. Any procedures performed, (for example, skin biopsy or cyst surgery) would be an additional cost. Pricing would be provided to you upon evaluation.

Please remember to bring your ID card and Insurance card (if applicable) with you to every visit. Failure to present these will require us to reschedule your appointment.

Exclusions:

Before your appointment, you should confirm with your insurance company if you have exclusions on your policy. For example, you confirmed that you are in-network with Eternal Dermatology, but you may only be able to be seen for acne because other conditions, such as hair loss may excluded from your policy. We are unable to determine this by looking at your insurance card.
