Her undergraduate degree and dermatology residency were completed at Howard University in Washington, DC. She continued her education with a highly regarded dermatopathology fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD, where she focused on the diagnosis and management of skin cancer. Today, she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD).

Dr. Lauren Payne is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She went to Hampton Universityin Virginia followed by Georgia State University where she obtained a Master’s degree in Neurobiology and Behavior. She earned her Medical Doctorate from Morehouse School of Medicine and completed her Dermatology Residency Training at Howard University Hospital.
Dr. Payne is currently Assistant Clinical Faculty of Dermatology at George Washington (GW) University and Howard University. She is also proud to serve our military veterans in her role as Director of Teledermatology at the Washington DC VA hospital. She enjoys mentoring and teaching dermatology residents and pre-med students, and is Vice President of The Comprehensive Medical Mentoring Program, a non-profit organization geared towards mentoring and providing support for minority students interested in pursuing careers in medicine and healthcare. Physician Associate Whitney Harrison received her Bachelors of Science degree from Wake Forest University. She continued her education at Methodist University where she received her Master’s in Medical Science. PA Harrison brings 9 years of medical knowledge working as a Physician associate, including advanced training in cosmetic injectables and is excited to start this new chapter at Eternal Dermatology.
Whitney spends her free time with her husband, two daughters, and her golden doodle. She loves to travel, go camping and hiking, and volunteers in her community as a member of the Junior League of Annapolis.

Kayla completed her undergraduate studies at University of Maryland, College Park. She then graduated with honors from the University of Maryland Baltimore for her Physician Assistant studies. Kayla has 5 years of dermatology experience, with a special interest in acne, rashes and chronic inflammatory skin disorders.
